Buy navigators, by the unit
Every unit has a price and a stated output. Funders underwrite seats for organizations that cannot pay, public buyers purchase under contract, and both are buying the same thing at the same rate.
No organization serving young people leaving care is turned away for inability to pay. What varies is the payer, not the price.
Four packages
What you can underwrite
Pick the unit that matches what you are trying to change. Each one produces a countable thing.
$13,500
Fund a cohort
Up to 20 Framework Practitioners across 3 to 5 organizations
A funder who wants a whole region trained at once
$3,200
Fund a navigator
One Certified Navigator, the seat plus the 90 day practicum
A donor who wants one person carrying named responsibility
$22,500
Fund the evidence
Baseline and take up measurement with 2 written reports, at up to 5 sites
A funder who wants the field to know whether this works
$95,000
Fund a year in Arizona
2 cohorts, 10 practicums, 2 Institute Facilitators, and fidelity review and measurement at up to 5 sites
A funder ending the dependency rather than subsidizing it
Rates hold through December 2027 and are reviewed annually. Multi cohort and multi year agreements are quoted on scope. Purchase orders, invoices, and grant agreements are all accepted.
What you get back
In writing, on the page, before you give
Most small organizations leave this to the grant agreement and lose the gift in the meantime.
- A roster of who was certified, by tier and by organization
- Pre and post knowledge scores for the cohort, in aggregate
- Take up baseline and the 90 day follow up from participating sites
- One written report at 90 days and one at 12 months
You can also check months later that the people you paid for exist and are current. Every certification is verifiable by name in a public registry.
If you need a charitable recipient
Gifts route through FIBCO Family Services
A funder who needs a charitable recipient gives through FIBCO Family Services, the Institute's 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor. A direct payment to the Institute is a purchase of services, not a tax deductible gift.
Disclosure
FIBCO Family Services holds three roles here at once. It is the partner organization at the inaugural site, it is the Institute's 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor for grants and tax deductible contributions, and Robert Barlow serves on its board. Bridge Homes Institute states this wherever FIBCO is named as proof and wherever a funder is asked for money. No Institute fee is paid by FIBCO for the inaugural site.
Bridge Homes Institute, Inc. is an Arizona for profit corporation and conversion to nonprofit status is intended. Until that is established, this is how a grant or a deductible gift reaches the work.
The Navigator Fund
Sponsored seats, on published criteria
A funder underwrites seats at the same published rate, either open to any eligible organization or directed to a region or population the funder names.
Sponsored seats are drawn from the Navigator Fund and awarded on published criteria, then reported back to the sponsor by organization and tier. A visible rate card is what makes a sponsored seat read as a scholarship rather than as charity, and it is what a contracting officer needs in order to score a bid at all.
Before you decide
What your money does not buy yet
It does not buy outcome data, because none exists. The first residents move in during December 2026, and the housing stability measure cannot report until late 2028. Both framework manuscripts are submitted and under peer review rather than published.
What it buys today is trained and certified people, a documented model, and the measurement infrastructure that makes the evidence possible later. Anyone showing you outcomes at this stage is showing you somebody else's.
