One cohort, priced and specified
The arithmetic, not a round number. A program officer who can see the line items can defend the figure internally, which is the actual job this page exists to help with.

Where $13,500 goes

The same figures as a table, for a budget line
| Line item | Basis | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Facilitator days | 2 days on site, 1 facilitator, at $3,000 per day | $6,000 |
| Materials | Participant packet and 10 desk cards, $40 per seat | $800 |
| Exam and scoring | Proctoring, scoring, certificate, registry entry, $250 per candidate | $5,000 |
| Travel | Within Arizona. Outside Arizona is $1,600 per delivery | $450 |
| Indirect | 10 percent de minimis | $1,225 |
| Total per cohort | Up to 20 seats, across 3 to 5 organizations | $13,475, quoted at $13,500 |
The line items total $13,475 and the cohort is quoted at $13,500. That rounding is stated rather than hidden, because a page whose argument is that you can defend the number internally cannot show a total that does not add.
What it buys
Twenty people, one room
Add the 90 day practicum at $2,500 per candidate to turn a Framework Practitioner into a Certified Navigator, so one fully certified navigator costs $3,175. Rates hold through December 2027.
Three ways to proceed
Because three different people arrive here
An individual donor, a program officer with a purchase order, and a foundation officer who needs a proposal. One button for all three loses two of them.
Give now
Card or bank transfer, immediate. Best for sponsored seats and amounts under $5,000.
Request an invoice
We send a written scope and an invoice on your terms, with a purchase order reference if you need one.
Start a grant conversation
For multi cohort or multi year commitments, where the scope needs writing before anyone signs.
Before you commit funds
Bridge Homes Institute, Inc. is an Arizona for profit corporation, and conversion to nonprofit status is intended. A funder who needs a charitable recipient gives through FIBCO Family Services, the Institute's 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor. A direct payment to the Institute is a purchase of services, not a tax deductible gift.
Robert Barlow serves on the FIBCO Family Services board, and FIBCO is also the partner organization at the inaugural site. That is stated in full on the funding page.
Company details are on the contracting page.
