The differentiator
Every other model needs a building first
So the conversation ends the moment a partner says they do not have one. This one phases instead.

The first home
Move ins begin in December 2026, and the resident application process is open now. Five young women ages 17 to 26, in South Phoenix, with FIBCO Family Services.
