Nine modules, two days, one job: make an owed thing reach a person
The curriculum in the open. You should be able to decide whether to send staff without talking to anyone first.
The shape of the two days
Nine modules, drawn to the minute
Module 3 is the long one and it ends in a program audit staff take back to the organization. Modules 6 and 7 are most of day two, because scoring navigation capacity and anchor relationships is the practical skill.

How the room runs
A working room, not a lecture
- Six of the nine modules end in table work, each with a written task and something the table brings back.
- Participants keep a working packet of appendices and write in it across both days.
- The program audit completed in module 3 is a deliverable staff take back to the organization.
- Two 15 minute breaks and one hour for lunch each day. The material is heavy and it needs the space.
What is published and what is not
Two gates only, open or credentialed
No email walls in between.
The module list, the objectives, and the hours are on this page. Sample worksheets, desk cards, and retired examination items with their scoring rationale are open downloads.
The facilitator guide, the answer keys, and the live examination are released to Institute Facilitators only. They are withheld because publishing them breaks the assessment, not because they are proprietary.
