Bridge Homes Institute and Bridge Living Company have partnered to open the Bridge Living Apache Home, a five bedroom shared living home for young adults who exited foster care and are enrolled, or enrolling, at the universities and colleges nearby.
Join us Thursday, September 10, 2026 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM at 1330 W. Apache Street, Phoenix to tour the home, meet both teams, and learn how to apply or refer.
What it is
- Five private bedrooms in a shared living home
- $1,000 per month, utilities and internet included
- A two year program with a clear beginning and end
- A navigator who works the plan with each resident
- The Bridge Homes curriculum at each resident's placement level
Who should come
- Young adults who exited foster care and want housing tied to school or work
- Caseworkers, campus staff, and providers who can refer a candidate
- Community partners, funders, and neighbors
- Anyone who wants to see the model installed in a real home
